As a tourist visiting the country we can not use this app without a TKCN or Turkish phone number

Why is it so hard to be given a clear list of what museums are included with each pass? This is elementary stuff.

There are no internet available on Topkapi Palace, where you need this app. There is some “free WiFi”but it doesn’t work either. It is impossible to download the app without WiFi. Even when you able to download it in the hotel you cannot user because it require Turkish phone and TKN. Absolutely terrible experience

Aldık müze kartı internetten, geldik Galata Kulesine. Sıradayız, güneş tepemizde. Bayram, 5 yaşında çocuk elimizde, “Sistem Arıza”lıymış. Uygulamada çalışmıyor, giriş kartı oluşturmuyor. Ne diye yaptınız o zaman uygulamayı? Bilet al bin???

Cants be used to buy tickets if one is not a Turkish citizen (why bother with the english version?) Of course the app is so buggy one can manage to actually fill out a ticket purchase form, which helpfully returns a raw sql error. Wouldn’t want to put personally identifiable info in the app even if it were possible for a non-Turk, as it’s incompetent construction is good assurance your data will be hacked eventually.

Bazı yerlerde müze kartiniz var diye, size farkli muamele gosteriyorlar,

Tried to,register for it to use it. Asked me for my TKN and my Turkish Phone number. I don’t have a Turkish phone number. And I don’t know what a TKN is, so I probably don’t have one
