This app’s developers have a habit of changing features and their terms after purchases are made. As an app aimed at the Muslim market and presenting a “halal” approach to relationships and marriage, their conduct is anything but halal, and no less than fraudulent.
Example- Features such Compliments (previously called Instant Match or Instant Chat) were sold (often 10 credits for $40 or so) on the basis that one can send a message to any Non Gold member for instant conversation (other party’s acceptance permitting). Apparently that has changed (after a customer purchases said credits) and a very delayed and vague support response (without any further reply despite follow up) says that only gold members can open an instant chat that the other party has actually paid for — and that changing the rules is at the developer’s discretion! Talk about stealing money from paying customers.
Same goes for Gold members who expect an instant chat/compliment credit each day (as advertised). It doesn’t work that way. They only credit you a Gold chat if you use up one in the prior 24 hours. No such condition is mentioned when selling it.
These subscriptions aren’t cheap and the quality of their product has declined significantly while arrogance as just shot up.

Banned take money
After i joined and paid for membership next day i got banned, they took my money with no refund or explanation. Note i did not even chat to anyone, I emailed there support email and they advised they will look into it ? But days later no response after numerous emails requesting update.

Inactive and fake profiles
Too many inactive users and considering you get only few profile views a day it’s a total waste of time. Even if you pay for the subscription you get repeat profiles even though you have liked them. Also too many non serious people who don’t reply and overall I feel this apps sole purpose is to earn money for its owners. Unfortunately there is no alternative apart from this one.
