Very limited information available to track claim details and reports submitted by hospital while availing cashless

What kind of a service is provided through this application. Could not login successfully, the mpin generation keeps loading loading and not sure when this loading will complete.

They received all the documents but still sending me mails that they need more documents and they are not giving me my reimbursement.

Hopeless

Today is my insurance renewal and since from morning I’m trying to login but the portal is not working, I have medical emergency and also called multiple times to Helpdesk and sent emails but even the Helpdesk staff doesn’t know the problem and when it get resolved. And for mail those people ignores like they nothing have to do with it. Paramount deserves a negative ratings for their service. If running the insurance company then understand the problems of client and there situations. If can’t help them the close your business.

Worst Insurance company which always finds non-sense excuses to reject the claims. My daughter's birth admission claim rejected due to wrong entry of Date of Birth by the Paramount POC guy. It is been 15 Months since my Daughter is born. I have to remind these guys every week to approve my claim. Also one more claim rejected recently for my Daughter. She was admitted for 4-5 days in a small 5 floors building Hospital . But these PARAMOUNT experts say that it is not a Hospital but a small day clinic. I advice not to take any sort of insurance from these guys. One more incident is like, My friend got a surgery done. he went for a second opinion before having the surgery. They (PARAMOUNT) rejected the claim saying get a letter from the second opinion Doctor saying the surgery was necessary. ( Which doctor will give a letter of recommendation for surgery when the Surgery is not done by him). These guys are just playing with time and patience of the claim applicants and finding weird excuses to reject the claims. I REQUEST AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE ANY SORT OF INSURANCE FROM PARAMOUNT.

I am using the services from last two years . Last time they denied the claim where their person was at the countered who advices that it will get through . Still it’s ok . This time after submitting all documents also still they have put a hold saying that one document missing. Where multiple times I have sent the mail that it is attached . Kindly let me know what exactly you want . Again there is no response from any one . Where 11 people are on cc including Rishi , Pradnya and Akshay is there . How can you people are so careless.

Worst app in health sector field. Not able to login and also not able to register the user. Company should leave this field and start working as chai wala.
