MX Merchant Express

This is my first time using a merchant processing app so I have nothing to compare it to. However, when I tried using the camera feature the app crashes I’m assuming because my camera isn’t connected to the app, but I’m not seeing the option to add my camera on the app anywhere.

I’m stuck with MX merchant because that’s who my bank is contracted with. The past two months have been nothing but problems. Multiple hours wasted on the phone attempting to resolve the issues.

Horrible customer service. We use the credit card processor for our business and (never a huge fan), however the last 3 weeks have been HORRIBLE…so bad we can’t even process a credit card at all today 😡😡😡. WE ARE A RESTAURANT. We have already called for a new service. STAY AWAY

Been using this app for work for coming up on a year after switching. Never has had an update. If you type something wrong and have to backspace the numbers, the app just crashes and closes itself immediately having to restart the transaction… please fix

Tried for the first time today. The app will let you process a card, but that’s it. No extras, no options, no info, no nothing. Supposed to be able to scan the card with the camera and avoid manual entry. Didn’t work. Processor is supposed to automatically add a 3% surcharge for cards. Not in the app. There’s $50 down the hole I’ll never see again. The app stinks.

I’ve been calling/emailing their support for a week now and can’t get an answer. No one knows anything about being able to print from this app. Is there a universal payment processing app that I can just input my merchant info into and use?

There's no way to view any reports...only to pay with a card for an amount you choose. Not a great app at all!

I like the look and feel of this app. It's great. I hope the developers make MXipos more like this.
