The My Alfa Connect app is available for Alfa Romeo vehicles equipped with the Uconnect™ Box and suitable infotainment systems. New models are regularly being added to the list of supported vehicles. For the vehicles equipped with the navigation system, each trip can be planned in advance via the My Alfa Connect app. For the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, you can easily find the nearest public charging station and check how far you can drive with the residual battery level.

Thanks to My Alert Lite you can always keep an eye on your vehicle wherever you are receiving a push notification on the app, SMS and email in case of attempted theft.

How to activate the connected services?
After purchasing your vehicle, complete the account registration on the My Alfa Connect app or on the MyAlfaconnect.alfaromeo website using the same email given to the dealer during the vehicle purchase. Once you complete the activation, you will receive a confirmation email and your connected services will be ready for use!

Non Funziona
A parte Non Funzionare Non serve a Nulla. Già contattato il servizio clienti e sono ancora in attesa. Da due settimane che ho comprato una nuova Alfa e ancora l’App non funziona pur avendo Tutti i servizi attivi. Aggiornerò la recensione appena l’applicazione sarà pronta per essere utilizzata nelle sue funzioni perché così com’è ho solamente la possibilità di vedere il Libretto d’uso e manco me lo fa vedere perché crasha. Dimmi tu?!
L’app non si aggiorna da mesi
L’app non aggiorna: •Carburante •Pressione Pneumatici •Contachilometri •Tagliando È da mesi che non si aggiorna segna ancora 82.000km invece di 88.000km È possibile risolvere il problema? Chiedo al supporto tecnico

Funziona con problemi..
L’app funziona ma si ripresenta, come in ogni versione, il problema della disattivazione del FACE ID. La cosa avviene meno spesso delle precedenti versioni. È un bug fastidioso oltre che assurdo visto che è presente da mesi. Inoltre, non viene sempre segnalato il livello del carburante nella apposita sezione accanto a quello della batteria. Tonale plugin, ultima versione app e sistema operativo.
Non funziona con Alfa Romeo Junior
Tutto bello, forse. Dato che non prevede l’Alfa Romeo Junior, contrariamente a quanto dichiarato. Non mi consente di associare il veicolo rendendola inutilizzabile. Attendo un aggiornamento per poter eventualmente fare una nuova valutazione.
Funzionicchia
Dopo un anno di utilizzo con la Tonale plug in devo dire che l’app funzionicchia: a volte lo stato della ricarica rimane li … e pensa … pensa … devi killare l’app e riavviarla allora si risveglia dal suo torpore. Insomma si vede che l’hanno dovuta fare per forza xche le altre case ce l’hanno…
Non va più
Sono alcuni mesi che l’app non funziona, sebbene il servizio è attivo fino al 2025. Non c’è nessun modo per avere assistenza
Utile ma…
Oltre ad avere la possibilità di chiudere ed aprire l’auto servirebbe avere anche la visualizzazione dello stato delle chiusure e dei finestrini oltre a poter chiudere questi ultimi da remoto.
