Difficult to stay in chat mode
Found it very hard to have 2 way chat. Difficult to find where to type as well as actual typing - very easy to get typos as typing area so small and difficult to check before sending. Not user friendly

Edit: working ok again 👍 I'm really impressed with this app. Not only a nice remote control on your phone, but also so many other useful features. You can view and search the TV guide & on demand content, book recordings, change settings, and check your account. The app is fast, and so much easier to navigate with the phone rather than using the standard remote control. Well done, this app is brilliant!
Tried to log in but always failed recently. There will always be a message “Something went wrong. We’re sorry there is an issue while trying to log in. Please try again later.” Even how many times you tried it again you will receive the same message forever. A useful app. App developer should try it and if there is problem with it i would suggest to fix it as customers can never surf through website if they have this app as they will be directed to this useless app. Better not to download it until the web developer announce that they have fix the problem to customers. Even you yourselves can see how many responders gave same kind of reviews recently but there is nothing done to fix it by the web developer side
Useless app, keep getting me logged out of acct, overdue bill is not reflected correctly, most of all their their chat function and help is not helping at all, semua teruk asteruk ko tepon ke ko whatsapp ke semua hauk
please lah update korang punya apps. kalau nak minta bayaran laju kan main. tak pasal2 sbb apps ni. aku kena bayar mahal. bukan main cakap dlm apss payment zero. bila cek lagi untuk bulan ni. amik kau kene bayar smpai 300 lebih.

Unable to login for past few months as the error “Load cannot follow more than 20 redirections”, despite updated the app.
Kept getting message ‘ something went wrong’
