My Blue Dart App

One of the courier from bank, which was a credit card, supposed to be delivered to me. The delivery guy without even contacting me left the courier with security guard. I kept looking for four days and then found it. In between I called the customer care executive guys asking where my courier is and they didn’t had answer and still they are investigating. Who gives the bank document without KYC document or otp to security guard.

No option to book a courier. Just to track your courier, we don't need an App. Useless!

l share my small story Blue dart Courier branch Ambarnath delivery boy is calling me then I meet to the delivery boy. I said this is my parcel and I provide my ID also but is deny to give it to me reason my door was locked. I already complained to the My IDFC bank office Very bad service Waste of time and waste of money 👎🏻

Waited for 15 mins but the app doesn’t open. It’s the worst app I have ever seen or used.

I never seen any app which has this much of slow response. Every touch response takes almost 5-10 secs

I called on customer care no. for my shipment inquiry and they literally made me wait for 15min on call with negative result…most of the time their number always show busy

Bluedart is fraud..don’t use bluedart..go for other companies

They don’t Atten phone call in pondicherry branch no response very very worst service

Want to give negative rating and they really don’t want to behave properly delivery is worst and no time boundaries nothing else.
