Description

Polygon: "My Child Lebensborn tells a disturbing tale about innocents in the aftermath of WW2”
LevelUp: “The strongest game experience that I have ever had.”

You adopt a young Lebensborn child in Norway after WW2, but parenting will be hard as your child grows up in a hostile and hateful environment. See a different side of the war, inspired by the true stories of the Lebensborn children. Discover how hatred of our enemies continues to create victims, even after victory.

Discover their past and support them in the present. You must balance your time and resources to provide for your child. You will find answers to the hard questions; about their history, the hatred, bullying and the passing of blame.

Can you help Klaus/Karin cope with the heavy inheritance of the German occupation, so they will find their place in a country that is celebrating its freedom?
You can make the difference.

Key Features:
- Influence the child’s feelings, personality and worldview through your choices.
- Look for the effects of your choices in your child’s expressions and body language.

- Earn money as you work, then cook, craft, forage, and play.
- Use your time and meager resources wisely.

And More!
Perhaps there is a new way of using the newspaper clippings that you get in the mail every now and then?

Your journal now holds more memories from the year you spent together with your child. Who can throw away the beautiful flowers you picked out together on a beautiful spring day? Decorate the rooms with your memories. Your journal will hold your struggles, as well as the happy moments.

Interact with your child:
Play and interact with your child more freely in this remastered version. Manage your time and resources while trying as many activities with your child as possible! Money is limited as always, but perhaps there are more reasons to not work overtime after all.

Improved Graphics:
Bringing My Child Lebensborn's graphics to today's level, tickle and pet your child to get heartwarming reactions out of them! The beauty of Norwegian nature is now more apparent, and you have more things to do outdoors!

Wonderful game

SundosianRose on

I’ve played this through multiple times over the years. As others have said it’s both a beautiful and heartbreaking game. I love how the developer managed to make it both informative and a fun game by having to try make ends meet, being able to find food, trying to decide what to prioritise in your limited time units and taking care of your child. Overtime is usually offered at the worst possible times too, so it actually makes you feel a bit bad if you take it and leave your kid alone until just before bed.

My child

G0D naming stuff is hard on

This is my child, and I will kill anyone who hurts them…

Its a miss

Could have been good but unfortunately not worth $5. It ends abruptly just when you feel you’re finally getting somewhere, I felt cheated. I played it twice .. there’s no alternate outcome. Such potential. Id rate it higher if these issues were addressed.

10/10 Game would recommend

Ezerman K on

This game has truly showed me a new perspective on life after the Second World War and shined light on all the challenges and the discrimination the Lebensborn children had to face just because they were born with German blood. This game has really showed be how much we should appreciate the life that we live because many people out there have it truly worst then we could possibly imagine and to enjoy every moment and everything you have in life. This game was so much fun to play and I really enjoyed the art style and how it reminds me of other games like Don’t Starve Together or Valiant hearts (which I enjoy immensely) and the drawn aesthetic to the game. Overall everything from the story telling to the bonding with your child to things like taking photos with your little one or helping them through their toughest times really makes this game feel realistic and one of the best games I’ve ever played while at the same time making you remember what these people had to go through.

A really beautifully made game

Inxxyboy on

Truely and honestly this game is one of the most eye opening (and a little heartbreaking) games I’ve ever played. The actual sense of grief you feel as a player is so deep, on occasions where you’re unable to feed your child or help them directly, I found myself shedding tears. Amazing game

Really cool and sweet but..

I’ve played the demo version and I absolutely loved it, so I decided to get the full version. I played the game (until August 18 day 2) with Karin, and then when were at the dinner table eating cake, she’ll invite me to draw with her, and then the game crashes. I have went through the game more than 10+ times hoping it’d get fixed by that, but it doesn’t. Any chance you could help? Important Details: -on day 2 (August 18th) when at dinner table, Karin will ask you to draw with her. Then it kicks you out and restarts the whole day -I am on an iOS platform -I’m pretty sure I have enough storage to play

Amazing game

I’ve played many games but this one actually stood out for me. I was bullied like this girl/boy and I couldn’t imagine what my parent were feeling and this puts it all into place. I’ve played this game for about an hour maybe two and I’m just loving it and didn’t know how a mobile game could be so emotional.
