The customer service
The customer service is terrible, unacceptable. You write to them, and they respond days later, clearly not wanting to help you. They claim the issue is on my end with the game, when it's clearly on theirs since the game won't progress. I've reinstalled the game from the App Store multiple times, and they haven't provided a single helpful response. I can't believe they would have forwarded this internally to someone who understands the issue; it's as if they're just repeating canned responses between two options.
