Excellent service tonight. The taxi driver was very chatty, friendly and made the experience getting home late at night comfortable.

Brilliant service, chatty driver who were happy to take short cuts to save time and money on journey. Journey had an extra 2 drops off from original quote and I can honestly say the driver were a star and I would recommend. Price is more than fair.

kept refunding my apple pay when trying to make a booking. app told me to enter various details in to apple pay like expiry date etc. but the whole point of apple pay is that it just works without putting anything in. more testing on applepay needed! i got fed up with the issues above and went on another app. maybe next time….

Third time I’ve used this app to order a taxi from Sheffield’s monopoly taxi provider. Each time it’s stated an availability in minutes (today 6 mins) then takes your money THEN tells you you it’s trying to find a taxi, so you’ve paid under false pretences. Attempted to cancel so I could switch to Uber but the app froze and would let me cancel. Assume the ‘pay first, then see what you get’ approach is to lock you in to their service. Never liked City because they’re a monopoly and unsurprised the user experience is poor.

When you put your destination in it shows you one price, then once you confirm the trip it charges you around £2 more. Why???

On December the fourth I ordered a taxi to go from the Royal public house to home. It was raining,I felt unwell,Iwas told my taxi had arrived but no taxi !I had to walk home and was charged £3 for the privilege! In fairness this is the only time I have had any problems with City taxis the rest of the time I have had excellent service.

very bad choice, doesn't arrive on time if it's time to arrive!!!
