Poor performance
First, this app is very slow even with 5G & it has several bugs. My payment option is not stored in the app after a successful update and save. Please fix this, this is a basic feature in the iOS APP dev platform

No matter how many different ways I try, this app can’t get beyond the set up stage. Put in my payment info several times always to be told user payment not accepted. Very frustrating.
After the new update it doesn’t work.
Have tried registering into the app. This app has not been fully tested and makes me wonder how the Frisco leaders have recommended without fully testing the app. One of the worst apps I have seen being recommended by Frisco
I’ve never been able to pay my bill on here especially I think the app needs work and the people from the utilities company should not be promoting it.
After 30 minutes of fooling with the app trying to set it up. Being told my user name and address were incorrect, I finally get to the part where I can input my utility bill account information. Then I’m told that account is registered to someone else?? Really??!! Why aren’t they paying my utility bill then! Pathetic! I will just continue to pay the old fashioned way.
This app is just broken, it needs to be fixed in a lot of ways.
How are you supposed to use this app to pay bills when you can’t even input a payment method. There is zero place to contact anyone for technical help. Zero place to contact anyone for support. Terrible app will be contacting my city to find a different service provider.
I can’t add payment method. It freezes each time. What is the point of having an app to facilitate online payments if I can’t even add a way to pay? Low hanging fruit people. That should be the first guaranteed function of the software. Useless.
This app doesn’t work. Try it, you’ll see. Tyler Technologies is a joke.
