I’m tired of having to log in there’s got to be a way to update this app to facial recognition. Somebody must know how to do that.

Don’t use this company they over charged me this winter. Billed me way more than contract. Luckily I got away from they. They are crooks.

Please fix

I attempted to log into the app with my credentials though it won’t allow me to sign in. Brings me to an error URL page

I am not sure who designed this app, this is one of the pathetic app. Every time ask for login , no biometrics or face recognition mode . Very frustrating.

The developer should just quit

Not useful in any way other than to look at billing statement. The website has a lot of good energy monitoring features that would seemingly be easy to mimic on the app. I u installed this as it’s useless

This app is useless and frustrating to use. The functionality is so limited that it’s really only good for seeing your bill history. Additionally, it logs you out every time you close the app. Fixing that would be a step in the right direction, but seeing real time energy usage would be a huge step forward.

I am reading reviews from a year ago and the app is still crashing and it never works! Fix it.!!!!

Both your app and your website are absolute garbage. Fix the speed so people can actually see whether a bill is paid or not so they’re not stressing over late fees. All this money you collect yet you can’t afford a reliable website nor app. Absolutely horrible.
