Hi This app was going good. But suddenly am not able to get diamonds. Some rounds are literally very difficult that we need to use diamonds to take boosts . Please help

I had reached to France but game suddenly got associated with some different user name Romeo and i am landed to the first level and all other levels are blocked though i have completed every level
