You really need to do somethjng about the app. - not working - keeps loading when I want to enter the app. -logs me out most of the time

Waarom is het nou zo moeilijk voor de vwgroup een fasoenlijke app te maken. Meestal doet ie het niet. Iedere dag weer opnieuw inloggen. Gegevens die overgestuurd worden komen niet aan. Dit is echt een sluitpost van VWgroup. Maakt niet uit welke auto je heb. Het is allemaal dezelfde troep

Doet het weer niet. Inloggen kunt niet. Kan auto niet laden of voorverwarmen. Zonde geld.

Elke maand moet ik de app opnieuw inloggen en dan loopt hij vast. Dan moet ik hem helemaal verwijderen en weer opnieuw installeren. Vermoeiend!

Get used to reopening the app 20 times before something works. The app logd you out for some reason and cannot log back in right after, turning AC on does not work, gets stuck on loading screen when opening, once the app opens every new screen might fail to load, changing anything is slow, and many many more. Please devs: no features just bug fixes… this is painful to use.

If the app works it is oké and works just fine. But when you open the app you have to hope it is still logged in. At Radom the app will log out and then it will take several tries to log in again. After entering the password the app keeps loading but nothing happens. Please fix this! Also please let the app remember your e-mail adres. I have to type it in 10x per day.

Honestly not VW-group worthy! Would never pay for this app or connectivity features in the future. Please work majority stability of the app. Issues: -Start-up of the app (just the never ending start button animation -Login failures 1 out 5 Having to provide credentials again and again -Loading times way to long -Data of the car not getting in/ renewed. -Start of remote re-heating interior not available. -battery status / loading often not available. -find my car (actual location) stating this is not shown due to configuration settings in the car but, there you are not able to find these) Features missing: -setting a future/delayed interior heating not available. -Realtime loading information in KWh -Historic data on loading and consumption. Electric and gasoline -getting push notifications information that the car is loaded till required point. -push alert if the car is not locked while you are not in the area.

Ik gebruik al apps sinds de iPhone 3G, maar deze app is echt met afstand de slechtste app ooit. Er komt niks in de buurt. Constant opnieuw inloggen, opnieuw opstarten, communicatie met de auto mislukt etc etc etc. Ik werk de app constant bij in de hoop dat het beter wordt, maar helaas. Ik schrijf nooit reviews, maar deze app is zo slecht gebouwd dat ik een uitzondering maak. Installeer de app vooral, maar bereid je voor op een constante teleurstelling.

Still a lot of bugs and functionality that only works half the time. - Turning on Air conditioning doesn’t work right away. - Information on door locked/unlocked sometimes disappears. - And the car animations sometimes disappears and turns in just a pictures. - And I would like the ability to lock/unlock the car with the app. - Also can I see the charging speed in Kwh instead of the distance km/hour. Or at least give the choice to choose between them. Hopefully you will check my requests and please fix the bugs developers! (Not giving this app any higher then 2* if its still this buggy)

Performance van de app weer slechter. Moet de app elke keer 2 / 3 keer opnieuw opstarten. Sinds de update komt er bij klimatisering elke keer een melding dat het accu kost. Er is een optie ‘niet meer weergeven’ maar die werkt niet! Irritant. Jammer dat je maar 2 klimatiseringschema’s kan invoeren. Update 16 dec: vanmorgen kreeg ik een foutmelding dat ik de klimatisering op afstand niet kon aanzetten. Maar de settings stonden goed. Dus echt een fout in de app!
