Es una buena aplicación, es específica, soy una persona irregular y siempre tengo dolores. Gracias a esta aplicación puedo saber cuando estar preparada y también medicarme antes de comenzar, lo que me ayuda a regular los dolores.

Typical I don’t like to leave reviews on apps, since I don’t have much of an opinion on them. This app is probably one of my favorite when it comes to tracking my period, my ovulation and predicting when my next period comes. It allows me to manually put in dates, allows me to delete if I did not have a period that month, or what symptoms I am experiencing. I have recommended this app to literally everyone who is my friend, and sometimes to patients as well.

The app really helps you keep track of your cycle. It will send you a notification around the time it predicts you will have your period. I am so glad I downloaded this app.

The best tracker and I have even used name brand ones and this is still the best one and it’s free. I also love how you have an option to change the background and you have a journal with many different log ins.
