I honestly love this app, it has soo many diet plans that you can follow with a lot of options, a huge problem i face when it comes to dieting is that i het bored easily, but the app has soo many options that i can choose from that i don’t think getting bored is even possible. I’ve lost weight already while using this app, and i totally recommend it. This app is really amazing, i totally recommend you download it, and you can have access to premium plans easily and it is kind of cheap. If you want to lose weight, get in shape in a short period of time, i totally recommend this app. So, i totally recommend you download this app asap!!!!
