Like many other reviewers, I found there is no way to access app-level data (despite the App Store screenshot showing such capability). Also their tech support website is permanently closed. Too bad, I had high hopes for this app.
It’s only 14 gigs off after a week. Don’t waste your time.
Not sure what happened but your MDM feature allowed about 20 plus url to be uploaded and consume a large amount of data with an hour. There was no support as labeled and stated within the app. It said it longer existed and Sorry. No sure how that would make anyone trust or utilize this app - As that's the point of have a Data Manager. Hopefully you can take a look and make proper adjustments! When you press App Support with the App Store it leads you to Microsoft Store on Google. Sad but true....
I did not Install this intentionally. Only became aware of it when I could not make any data connections. I now have to research whether or not it has somehow been charging me through the Apple system.
Very poor level of details vs the android version
I’ve been happily using my data manager for a few years now, and I found it very useful and keeping track of my data usage. It has stopped working as of about a week ago. It has not reported any data since about 28 June. My usage currently as reported, does not match that of the data service provider (Ubigi). The support button in the app takes me to a Zendesk page that says “ this help center no longer exists”. Clicking the “contact developer“ button on the App Store page takes me to the Google play page for this app. There appears to be no way of contacting the developer. I hope you (Distimo) read this and let me know how to contact you about this problem. Thank you.
Pretty accurate, love the alerts since we dont have that on ios! Good job devs!!!
This has been the absolute BEST network data usage tracking app on iOS. I’ve been a user since 2013. However with new rules in iOS 18, the data history won’t migrate when I get a new iPhone no matter over an iCloud backup or phone-to-phone direct restore. The app seems to have a data export feature but I cannot get that to work either. I am stuck losing my data history. If the developer is still supporting their app, I hope they can make a workaround of CSV export then import to circumvent iOS restrictions for those who want to.
