I am new to the app and I really cannot figure out how to use it. How do I add my blood pressure, water intake etc?
I spent hours a day inputting data. Food items I felt should have been in the data base were not so I had to enter them manually. The menu was picked for me and meals were unappetizing. I found that the health and fitness app on my iPhone that comes pre installed did a better job. Definitely not worth the money, especially because you can’t see how the app works until you pay. If you want to try it buy the week plan.
No option to scan foods. Wildly different calorie amounts with no option to customize servings. Recipes that use ingredients that don’t seem diabetic friendly. I signed up 12/30/23 and I’d like my $ back. Not what I thought I was signing up for.
The meal plan is not realistic.
Had this for two days. Disappointed in data and not all of it works. I really want my money back.
This app is useless you can’t edit anything you can’t scan you foods you can’t adjust portions if you forget to put in info like steps from the day before you can’t guess I’m out 70 bucks please don’t make the same mistake I did
If you want an app to track what you eat don’t get this one. If you enter the food into the automatic tracking section you get ridiculous calorie counts and you can’t alter the serving size. For example, I searched for feta and the serving size must have been a whole cup because the calories were around 100. There is no way to choose the serving size, ugh. This makes it highly inaccurate. Sure you can manually load in the food and macros but who has time for that when there are other apps that will do for you. I wish I had never bought it. I hate it!
Why are all the reviews written in what reads as broken English? Are they all fake reviews by Chinese writers???? I’m not trusting this one.
Unable to add your own recipes and unable to accurately add food. If a serving is one cup and you only have 1/2 a cup you can’t change it. Not happy with it
