Never seen a more useless or worse app and organization than etisalat Egypt. Absolutely do not recommend buying any line from them. They are useless and will not help you during any problem. They don’t even have a number where I can contact them. Absolutely terrible.

We have been told that Etisalat service in Alexandria is not the best why do you claim that it’s the fastest internet in Egypt!!

The daily summaries are miserable details that need not be provided to every client. For individuals who only need to manage allocations to different numbers the previous balance statement was just perfect. For those who need the details for their internal accounting they would be much better served by an Excel sheet that can be downloaded. Please dump the daily summary as the default for managing balances. No one needs that for as simple a task as shifting balance from one number to the other. Otherwise make the other version available on the App Store

I am outside of the country and My service was disconnected without being informed and not sure how to connect it back!!!

Does not accept international debit/credit cards

I can’t call out any number getting messages saying : I haven’t sufficient credit on my account to initiate a call. Please fix this issue ASAP. I have enough credit on ACCOUNT. Regards

I’ve been experiencing an app crash seconds after launching the app. I tried to login with both quick login and registering my number. Also, tried to uninstall and install but unfortunately nothing worked. Im using an iPhone 8 running the latest iOS.
