My EnergyHub

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews, reading the comments I just assume it’s some Boomers not knowing how to navigate a simple app or update their phone. I like the app, I can track day to day usage, pay my bill, see my history of payments. Even report issues. It’s been great to see if my house is becoming more efficient with the changes I’ve done,

The website does not work. All was fine until a few days ago.

App keeps crashing when I try to open

The app was fine until about a month ago now it won’t log in anymore so paying is very difficult now.

I’m not a fan of EnergyUnited’s current website or Mobil app. The website used to work fine for logging in and paying my bill, and I was content with that! They roll out the energy hub and now the website is broken. I can log in, but can’t see my bill or even pay it. The website just loops back to the login page after logging in. I sign up with their mandatory energyhub thing to try to use the Mobil app. We’ll that worked until about a month ago when they updated it. Now it just times out after 1-2 minutes of “logging in” giving an error that it can’t log me in. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling and rebooting and then redos loading the app, but nothing gives. The app was nice when it was working.
