Very good app but I tried to get the 2025 full access thing and it hasn’t worked

Great app - however…
Ok so don’t get me wrong this app is incredibly useful however some work is definitely needed. Most importantly, when searching for songs or users, the app prompts you to enter a minimum of 5 characters - when not all users or songs are 5 characters long (e.g. “Opa”, “I.M.” etc.) and this makes it impossible to quickly access said entries and in the case of users with names below 5 characters ultimately makes it impossible to follow them.

Edit: received confirmation email next day. All working now! Thank you! Downloaded for first semi final. Cant log in as haven’t received confirmation email! Hello?
Awful
Crashes constantly. Community features are minimally functional and the bits that do work are very clunky to use. You have to pay a fee for each year for which you want access to semi-final and NF content. It doesn’t even go back 20 years, for a contest that originated in the 1950s. The developers are super rude and resistant to feedback, which makes me really not want to persevere with using the app. Edit: the passive aggression from the developers in response to any criticism is really offputting. Deleted the app. I’d advise everyone to steer clear of this app.

Hi there, Love the idea of using this app…thank you for allowing us to rank the songs so regularly. I’m not really able to understand how to place the sings in order though. It’s says drag the song but I can’t do it. It doesn’t let me order them ….but confused. If you can help I’d be really grateful. Thanks for taking the time in advance to reply and hopefully enable me to rank the songs. Respectfully yours!
