The app makes it so you have to use tickets in 7 days or you lose them! The normal in person tickets dont do this. Not to mention the fact that this feature is a blatant way to take money from people who forget to use their tickets so charging for nothing #messedup

Just get rid of this poorly designed old-style app and let people use Wallet like in Toronto.

Incompetent app made my an incompetent city

I have tried 6 times to put in my card information to buy a ticket but every single time it says there is an address verification error. I have double and triple checked and all the information is correct but it still won’t let me buy tickets. Please fix this it’s going to drive me crazy.

What’s the point of this app is we can’t purchase tickets anymore? None of my payments work anymore. What a waste of time emailing support just for them to tell me they can’t do anything about it.

Awful app , I would buy a paper instead

This app has been working just fine, but after the update it just broke, it keeps saying payment failed. Please fix this issue.

Why is this app so scared of the idea of using 5G to buy a ticket? Do you all not realize the amount of people in Calgary that has one and might be in a situation that can’t connect to a wifi to buy a ticket? This app just made me waste time to buy a physical ticket and caused me to miss a train that I could’ve been in if I was able to buy a ticket on the app USING MY DATA. Please fix this annoying and inconvenient issue.

Since the address update was done I can no longer purchase tickets. It says there’s a security code error for my card when there is not. My card works for all other online purchases and I get a text notification saying I purchased something online but never actually processes
