My Fax Bus Reviews

Nice App!

I’m new to Fresno, so I’m simply learning the routes of Fresno; I’m getting it! Nice app and fair transit prices! Thanks, FAX! -Greg Gasco

Not as good as before

MimasMama on

This app was really interactive at one time. It gave info in real time. I had the ability to pinpoint where the bus was and the bus number and the time it would take me to get to the bus stop form my college campus. It hasn’t given that information in over a month. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. #fail

Buggy mess

BLUESTILL2 on

You can’t even really tell which bus is which as they overlap due to a glitch blocking out the route numbers.

Live isn’t always live

I love using the app, but several times I’ve seen that the live bus isn’t shown. I get tracking lags a bit, but some busses just completely disappear from the routes and even ones I’ve been on don’t show up

This App Shows The Clovis Buses Too!

Moonkittycat25 on

United States

This app really comes in handy because it shows the Clovis buses too during their active times that they are running. Currently the Clovis buses do not show up on Maps/Google Maps so I am really grateful for the information here. This app also shows what bus to transfer to and where. I’m new to public transportation and this has been really helpful along with Maps and the pdf schedules online. There are some parts of the app that are not working, but the information mentioned above that the app does provide is so valuable. A lot of people don’t know about this app, so I would suggest promotion of it on the buses 🚌 and at bus stops in Clovis and Fresno. This would could be valuable to many others if they knew about it.

Route 01 missing, polish and optimization sorely needed

why isn't on

United States

Route 01, the city’s fastest bus is currently not listed on the map. Not sure why this is since the app hasn’t been updated in 10 months. It’s the main route I use, especially considering I’m in and around Fresno City College most of the time. As for app stability, it’s better to just use Google Maps. That’s what appears to be running underneath this app in the first place anyway. Regardless I hope that when ticket ordering comes to the app sometime next year, everything else is improved, because currently, the only value I see in this app is being able to see every bus route listed at once, the one thing Google Maps currently doesn’t do. And now the app currently can’t even do that properly.
