My First World Atlas Reviews

Disappointed

Disappointing that it’s a subscription only

Shouldn't be sold

Suzanna Smiles on

This app is neither user friendly, nor very educational. I don't think Apps this poor should be for sale. It also causes my phone to freeze.

No sound

myopinion400 on

United States

I downloaded this for my 4 year old son. He has an older iPad. Unfortunately, everything but the sound is working. Sound works on my newer iPhone. Don't download if you're using an older device.

Obvious bias

Spider crazy! on

United States

My daughter is enjoying this app but I’m seriously thinking of deleting it due to some serious bias. There is a picture of Santa dancing around in Europe and in Asia there is a picture and voice of religions born in Asia and it fails to mention Judaism which is older than Christianity and Islam, yet is not mentioned at all. There are other inaccuracies and biases in the app, but this one upset me the most and for an app that I’m spending $2.99 on for my daughter to learn about the world, I expect it to be accurate! Hopefully the developers will follow up and fix these issues.
