This App has never worked correctly. Very buggy and it deletes my reservation constantly. I have to delete the App and reinstall daily. I hope this App designer didn’t touch my car, that is taking forever to come. 😩
Went to the website to configure an Ocean and was directed to download the app to do so. After installing, the configure button was completely unresponsive and didn’t allow me to progress to the configure screen. Maybe just let people configure on the website instead of forcing an install to a broken application?
Trying to place my order, however the “order” will not populate the trim and reserved build I did. It will only give the option for the Extreme trim level. If this process is convoluted, it gives me pause on the entire vehicle purchase process, especially since it’s being done on faith having not been able to see or test drive one.
The app wont let me place order, i have a reservation for an ultra trim reserved, but order only allows Extreme trim. Very frustrating, and no communication from Fisker.
Making me download a bad app just to look at a car is stupid. Let me use the mobile site.
Sign in doesn’t work , button stays grayed out
Functionality is poor. Some buttons don’t work. It’s just as flip-floppy as the mobile website. I hope the cars aren’t as poor as the tech!
If you are trying to actually learn about a Fisker vehicle, the app is terrible. This makes me lose confidence in their attention to detail as a company Try for yourself — open up the Fisker ocean reserve process. Select the (i) button that hovers within the image to view information on your current selection for trim/paint/wheels. Then, tap over the text that shows up. The text will snap to the side, and be stuck there. And look up top — Two Xs to leave the menu. One takes you back to the main menu, clearing your selection. The other closes the information prompt. This is a poor way to present a product. I’d rather look at a pdf of a brochure
I’ve had to delete and reinstall app multiple times due to crashing after attempted opening on iPhone 13pro. Good features otherwise.
