Total Disaster!
The app seems to be phony first of all. Childish design, dysfunctional, and filled with incorrect info. I had to go through “forgot my password” although I don’t have an account yet! The gym used my info they believe they have in their database to update the app, but I came to know that as per them I’m a different gender and was born on a different date! The app supposed to facilitate classes and slots booking at the gym, but there’s nothing at all in the app that allows you to do so! Plus there’s no service level agreement nor data privacy & protection consent at first time use.
