Description

My Food Program was designed from the ground-up to be an intuitive and easy software solution for managing the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program. The intuitive interface reduces the chances for mistakes and fraud. Below are some of the key features that My Food Program will provide:
Features You Need
My Food Program has the essential features you need to operate the CACFP including tracking participant information, ensuring meals and snacks meet the meal pattern requirements and automated claims processing.
Features You Want
My Food Program also has features that will make your life easier. Users can enter meal count, attendance and menus using our mobile app. Sites will also have the option of in/out attendance with time stamps or daily attendance. The app can also restrict meal counts to certain times so you can guarantee point of service meal counts! Users are prompted when children with special dietary needs are present at a meal or snack.
Promote Your Sponsorship
My Food Program allows sponsors to upload their OWN logo! Having your sponsor logo on the software will build brand recognition of your sponsorship and increase program loyalty.
Easy Transition From Existing Software
If you are using another software to manage the CACFP, we can help you make a seamless transition. Simply export your data from another software and upload it to My Food Program. No manual data entry and no loss of participant, classroom or household information.
Accommodates All Learners
My Food Program uses icons and pictures whenever possible to accommodate users of all education levels and language proficiency. Users should need minimal training to get started.

We’ve built My Food Program with everything you need to operate the Food Program. Even so, we’re excited to improve our program and add features to make your life even easier. We will add functionality to My Food Program based on customer feedback. So, talk to us!

This program works ok for what we need. Would be nice if it just defaulted to whatever meal is available instead of making us choose. If we are ONLY able to choose lunch because of the time frame, why not just default to lunch? Same for breakfast and pm snack. Still closes down sometimes when using but I really like that it now saves the user name and password. Makes it easy to quickly get in and get done.
