App will not let me through to map

I downloaded app, set up with password, credit card etc. then buttons were off the screen so I cannot use app. (IPhone 12). I later downloaded same app on another iPhone 12, logged in and app works perfectly. No matter how many times I delete app from my phone it always reinstalls in the same faulty way. I have removed it from iCloud backups, I have switched off phone and on again. Nothing changes.
