I saw that the app has been updated three weeks ago, so was anticipating some useful functions. However, when I launched it, it sat on an introductory title screen for a few seconds and then closed. Every time. My Gov, if your product isn’t ready for release, don’t release it! And certainly don’t advertise it on your website.

I’m astonished an app can be this bad. Missing keyboards. Empty loading. It just doesn’t work. The developer had better not give some boilerplate reply about feedback. This is my feedback.

Can’t access test results, which is literally what we’re promised we can do. Unfortunately I have to give 1 undeserved star.

App hasn’t worked since iOS 17 upgrade I have tried deleting and reinstalling but still hang on the first screen for 30 seconds and then disappears

Differ from other records on my gov

I’m tying to add a healthcare provider and I keep going around in circles.

Earlier glitches seem to have been resolved but records could still be available to patients in more timely manner to make them more contemporary/useful.

Whilst this is better laid out for navigation than the website, no information can be added or updated by the patient. The instructions from the ADHA ‘ In order to update personal health summary information, emergency contact details, upload Advance Care Planning document and manage authorised and nominated representative, you should use the My Health Record portal via myGov.’ Why is there less functionality than the web version? Updating my information is the most common reason I access my eHR. Edit: response from developer to contact customer support is generic and still doesn’t address the specific exclusion of features in the app (compared with website) Edit 2: another generic response with a link to a survey, still not addressing the exclusion of features from the app.
