Register a “My HKT” account and manage your NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO, Home Phone / eye / IDD 0060, Now TV, 1O1O, csl and Club Sim services with HKT / PCCW through a single login.
Main Features:
- View up to the last three bills
- Update your billing information
- Check your service plan particulars
- Test your line status and reboot your broadband modem and Now TV set-top box
- Check your appointment particulars
- Update your registered contact information for our service(s)
- Look for the address and contact information of our shops and customer service centres
One login account will allow you to access both “My HKT” App and “My HKT” website (https://cs.hkt.com). If you have already got a login account for the website, please login to “My HKT” App using your existing Login ID and Password.
Internet access is required.
User may be required to pay relevant charges for Internet access.

Try another ISP. This app is useless and causes a lot of unnecessary time wasting.

用左2年 一直都係不停彈app 㩒入個account到不停都係出error話busy Busy左咁多年 一路sms叫我交錢 我連入去搵個qr code都搵唔到 你叫我點交錢？
Their Customer Service is a joke
Lol it takes 4 hours for them to pick up my enquiry, and then if you don’t reply them within 10 minutes after they replied you - they close the conversation. And when you try to open the enquiry again - it doesn’t work. I don’t know what to say
Useless
Update: keeps responding in Chinese even if English was set as language to communicate in ——- Live chat. Position in queue: 1. Nothing happens for 5 minutes. Then system kicks you off. Compare to Smartone live chat: wait 5 seconds, maybe 10. Sometimes they’ll ask if you can converse in Chinese. If you can’t, you may have to wait another minute or so.
Bad app
It always prompt busy message and can’t load the balance information. It needs to try many times and I have never seen any app with this worst performance. This issue already happened for more than a year. Please improve it asap.
