MY ID es la nueva APP que permite un acceso privilegiado al mundo Rivacold: un verdadero centro de todos los productos y servicios y un canal de comunicación fácil de utilizar, para tener toda la información que un cliente pueda necesitar en su teléfono móvil.
Gracias a las funcionalidades activadas será posible:
- Leer las noticias sobre los eventos y actividades de Rivacold.
- Consultar y descargar toda la documentación técnica de los productos.
- Acceder al programa de selección de equipos
- Encontrar el contacto comercial más cercano
Además, gracias a la nueva electrónica Riv-olution, la APP se convierte en un instrumento fundamental de servicio porque permite:
- Conectarse vía bluetooth o remotamente al equipo Rivacold y monitorear su funcionamiento desde el teléfono móvil en tiempo real.
- Configurar los parámetros operativos de la máquina
- Visualizar las diferentes soluciones ante problemas para recibir una asistencia técnica inmediata
