Zero service from this company

I registered a ticket through app. waited 7 days but there were no response. after that I called customer support and they said there is no ticket raised. I told her ticket number, she said that ticket number is fake. I have call recording of this conversation.

App works good, but it will be great if it uses live activities on iphone or it has a capability to trigger a notification one wash is completed for washing machines

You can’t register yourself and never able to login world is going digital but IFB is going to hell

My app keep getting crashed after i tap on appliances icon. I can’t use my front load washing machine with special modes only available in this app.

After entering the PIN code it goes round and round and times out.

We are unable to access the complaint, and that record cannot be viewed on the app's support. The post-sales service support is very poor. I do not recommend IFB washing machines to anyone.

No notifications option I.e start and off cycles. It does not have schedule also where user can set timing for start the cycle.

The application doesn’t function as required, as while registering one never received the OTP in first place. Although tried several times, it simply fails to send the OTP. This the application remains useless.
