pathetic
No apple pay, payconiq, totally dependent on misarable Luxtrust that works every full moon. I'm just lucky ING luxembourg didn't close my account for good!

Im Prinzip gut, aber man muss die app 1-2 Mail im Monat neu runterladen, weil sie hängt und sich nicht mehr öffnen lässt…. das geht jetzt schon Jahre so, während alle anderen apps Luxemburgischer Bank sehr stabil laufen… inzwischen haben sie eine neue app rausgebracht, die nicht mehr abgestürzt ist. Nun wird diese neue app wieder vom markt genommen, und die alte stürzt noch immer ab. Ich glaube, ich muss die Bank wechseln .__ Jetzt gibt es noch was Neues, ich knn überhaupt nicht mehr in die app rein. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass diese Bank mich nicht mehr als Kunde will….
Ronduit slecht
Werkt 3/4 van de tijd niet naar behoren. Geen payconiq of andere. Service naar end users is ondermaats en niet mogelijk om ook maar 1 iemand te kunnen spreken. Maar wel 20k automatische berichten of de hele tijd documenten invullen met dezelfde vragen.

The worst bank app of the world
The app crashes very often. The you have to close the app completely and try you luck again. This happen when you open the app and regularly when you want to valid a transfer. Furthermore, it is not even available in German
Application loin des standards en 2024.
Alors on doit réutiliser cette ancienne version parce que la nouvelle ne fonctionne plus. Du coup on perd la possibilité de payer avec Payconiq. C’est honteux de ne pas sortir une version à jour après avoir supprimé la nouvelle. Et vous auriez pu rajouter Apple Pay aussi… mais bon que demander d’une banque comme l’ING.
To basic
This app is very very basic. A huge minus is that it doesn’t have any payconiq option, nowadays when everyone is using it. Please give your customers the possibility to use this functionality.
Worst app of the AppStore
Sad. Lame and miserable. This is how I describe this app. No attention to customer’s needs at all.
