My only issue is that I have to sign in every single time I wanna use app regardless of whether the ‘keep me signed in’ box is checked or not please fix

App won’t load I’ve deleted and reinstalled everything upto date and all I get is a spinning wheel - girl in shop didn’t have a clue either - pretty useless

I recently travelled around Albania with my family. My current mobile provider would charge a fortune for roaming outside the EU. A friend suggested the recently launched JT European eSIM which was valid for Albania. Although I am not a Jersey resident, there's no restriction on purchasing the eSIM and it was the best price that I could find. The app was incredibly intuitive and it was seamless to set up. It took 2-3 minutes and my eSIM was ready to go on my iPhone. It worked perfectly throughout Albania and I was able to use all my maps, apps, make Whatsapp calls. It was invaluable, I will definitely use again.

Doesn’t support business accounts - fine but then the old app that did has been taken offline! It’s the weekend and I need to add a data bolt-on but I now can’t! Very poor planning by JT.

Much better app than the previous one. Let them know an issue with login not saving at first and JT soon fixed this. Greta now to see information about services etc and topup.

You've fixed the save my login details, I am giving you 5 stars. The app is very good and great to see the evolvement.

Much better now that the app prompts me to auto-fill my password. Facial recognition next please.

Glad you finally managed to save my password. About time.. but it’s definitely one less thing to worry about! Rest of the app is fine, but I was losing the will having to hand type my details on every visit

Have to login each time I go to use the app, easier to use safari browser with auto login with keychain.

Worst app ever. JT’s app and bfs are like 5 & 6
