1/2/25: “Support Chat” is supposed to be “24/7”, via WhatsApp, except that they don’t respond. And, selection between lines or payment types has a bug. When you click on a selection, the “for” does not appear on the selection - until you click elsewhere on the page. Liberty, do you have HighSchool interns writing your app? I would expect HighSchool kids to be better software developers. 1/1/25: as mobile carriers go, Liberty is the bottom of the barrel. The mobile service is horrible, and the customer support is a joke. I was on Autopay for years, and the cancelled it. So, I set up a different payment option, but it doesn’t work! I try to make a payment and it gives a “System Error”, and two options: “Try Again” (same results) and “Support Chat”, which no one responds to! There is no “Back”, “Home”, or other way out of this screen except to close the app and login again! Who write this trash? I’m going to be looking for a new mobile provider. Previous review: “Self care” is hardly an appropriate description for an app for a mobile service provider. Surely you can come up with a more appropriate description that helps identify this as the app one is looking for! There is no obvious “Reset password” function on the login screen!
