I downloaded both versions because it seems like a great app but cannot even sign up anywhere…. There is no help button, no nothing

I’ve emailed customer support twice for app issues and I’ve yet to receive a response.

I canceled the subscription three months ago and there’s still charging my card.

Why is it asking me to login in when I just got the app without creating a login

How do I sign in- when I download the app I only see log in and no other options.
