Game keeps restarting back
I have been palying pocket ponies since forever. But stopped for a while since I’m busy with work. It’s my favorite past time game. Recently I went back playing this addicting game. I already defeated Rainbow Dash and AppleJack’s master challenge, and I should be in Pinky Pie’s level by now but everytime I exited the game to rest, when I come back to the game, it goes back to where I haven’t defeated AppleJack’s master challenge although I’m done with it before. Gems and coins are intact even ponies and gifts I have won are intact but I always go back to locked up challenges which I’ve already opened before and my Pocket Ponies’ level goes back to a lower level though it should be in a higher level already. This happened fourth time already. It’s so frustrating. I hope you can fix this bug. It’s so sad I have to go through those challenges and have to pull my pocket ponies level higher again. It’s like I’m back to zero again.

Please fix this,
When you don’t have a pocket pony for the challenge you open a box and you get something you don’t even need! This is frustrating so maybe fix the chances, If you need a green pocket pony for the challenge then you get a green one, Just fix it so people don't need to be so angry anymore.
Progress reset
Why is my progress being reset? I got an Ultra Rare pocket pony then the next time I checked it it’s gone and my progress with Pinkie’s master challenge was gone.
Keeps saving my progress
Before, i played pocket ponies but then deleted it. Now i got it again and wanted to restart. When it said they recognized my progress, i said i wanted to restart. Then i closed the app, to do something, it put back my progress! I just want to restart.😐

Its a very nice game but the timer is to fast and can you pls lower the prices to revive? Bc 40 bits just to revive what if we lose the battle again?
I love this game but there's a problem
I love this game when I was 9 but when I get back my old data its all glitch when I move my character in my previous data it doesnt move and when i talk to rainbow dash she can’t talk pls fix this
i give this a 3 cuz it lag
when i pick a diff av but i was not the av that i was using it was the av in the mid and when i saw the game menu and it was leting LEAVE PLS FIX
Always reset
Im having a hard time leveling up on this game 1st - i reached rank 12, when i update my phone, the game was autmatically reset. On my second play, i started from scratch but then it always gives me a reset game. Either i close the app, i delete and reinstall the app. No way to continue the game,, it will always reset you to do it over. Can someone from your team explain this to me.
