Non ho idea di come funzioni per i residenti, ma per chi come me non è domiciliato a Lugano, l’acquisto di MyLugano Pass non può essere concluso in App e obbliga a recarsi ad uno sportello del comune per effettuare il pagamento. Decisamente poco pratico e confacente.
