My friend sent me a link and a picture she was offered the app for 69.00 a year when I tried to do it the cost was 119 so I went to the web site instead of my phone and the price was 159

You can’t cancel subscription, also you can’t delete your account from the app! Don’t waste your money and time on this app!

I want to cancel my subscription and can find no way to do so on this app or the website. There is no contact into available.

There is no real customer support. No indication that these are personalized recipes. It’s a reoccurring charge to access recipes that you have paid for so you no longer have access to them once you cancel they canceled the date you cancel. The recipes are also flavorless and a lot for one person. It’s the inability to find out how to get help that’s the scam for me

I sent an email to support in June and got an auto response they never responded, then they billed me again in August . Fighting them now with my bank. Do not use them .

I need to change my email address and update my preferences and there is no option. Support says no results found and there is no option to contact anyone. I am not confident in my purchase and will be requesting a refund if I can ever get in contact with someone.

I decided to cancel after a week since I wasn’t using the app as much as I thought I would. (You can find all these recipes for free via Google) the cancelation process is ridiculous. I had to email them twice and was reminded multiple times that if I just stick with the program I can reach my goals! It’s been 3 weeks and I’m STILL getting charged! When you agree to the subscription you are also signing up for the myketodiet app and charged through that app as well. Complete money scam, don’t waste your time, chose a reliable app.

Excelente aplicación

So far, this app has been wonderful! The food plan is delicious and is working to help me lose weight. 3 days in and I am down 3 lbs. Only complaint is that my info won’t transfer from my IPad to my phone.

At subscription, I never received a receipt or confirmation of what plan I signed up for. When I requested it, I received a form customer service email without the requested information. I later requested my subscription be cancelled - it’s been three days with no response at all. This is starting to feel like a scam and I may have to refuse charges through my credit card which would be SO irritating. The recipes were fine.
