My Mesh

App works well except the iPad version won’t work in landscape view, only portrait view. Now I have to take the iPad out of its case every time I need to use the app. Could be better.

Bought a system with 5 ms3 dots in August 2021 and it was easy to setup and worked great giving me coverage over 100 feet away in my shop. A couple months ago I started having weak coverage except in the main places in home. No outside coverage at all. I’ve contacted several times with all different suggestions but nothing I’ve tried works. I did a complete start from scratch and it kind of works, but it’s nothing close to what it was when new. The app will say connecting and then success, only to turn around and say failed to connect to the internet. Yet it shows all my cubes or dots on the app as excellent signal even though the light is red instead of green. I’m almost ready to give up and buy something else although I don’t really want to. Ughh!

I cannot understand how this app has 4 stars. The only explanation to me is that they are paying for reviews. This app is buggy. It crashes every time I try to set up my Wi-Fi. It’s unusable.

This was worse performance than my previous WiFi and yet I saw it had potential so I kept it and figured the company would improve in a few months of testing their app and fixing their bugs but no update not one !!!! This company doesn’t want to engineer a great product and I’m now never buying anything they make cause it’s evident they don’t want to be the best or even bug free. Never any updates that’s ridiculous and proof they didn’t care to improve at all.

Great app. Particularly like that I can group all my kids’ devices and set time limits and turn off just their wifi. The problem is, any kid can simply download the app and change the stuff...... as my kid did. They are smart and it is easy to do. The app needs a seperate login and password that just the parent can know and change, so the kids cannot get into the app.

Can’t update firmware 1.0.0 to latest 1.0.7 deleted app and reinstalled iPhone app and still says I’m updated. I tried to download the firmware update this morning looked like it downloaded but it never installed

My app crashes all the time I can’t configure certain settings. The meshes become in synced from the wifi but still work hardwired. Just a nightmare I’d advise everyone to look elsewhere to mesh wifi you get what you pay for with the app and product. I have set of 3 m3s for reference.

I’m trying to delete this and I can’t. This was the worst app ever . I tried setting the router up and it was working until I put in the password and the router would not connect. I wanted to go back on the app but it wouldn’t let me. No matter where I went on this app , I could not go back. It kept bringing up the same screens over and over. Kept rebooting my phone to shock the app back… nope. And try to contact them for help ! You have to email them ! No phone number. If you are trying to install a router , you have no WIFI ! Not where I am anyway… no cell tower close by so I can’t use cellular ! I have WiFi in my car but they didn’t respond. Anyway I unplugged their mesh router and will go back to my old one for now.

Update broke my network

App is little disappointed but the router itself is superb. It cover the whole house with the dots.
