Udah tahun 2023 myMobile belum ada perubahan apapun? Berharap kedepannya Tim IT Bank Mayapada bekerja keras untuk mengejar ketertinggalan ini.
Aplikasi banking buruk
Masuk pin sudah acak menyusahkan. Yg lain sudah bisa face id. User interface jadul. Mau transfer harus pake kode sms yg aneh dan tidak jelas. Habis buka sms codenya kembali ke app untuk input kode nya lgi malah crash berpuluh puluh kali tetap tidak bisa. Ini spertinya memang sengaja menyusahkan customer untuk memindahkan dana. Internet banking yg sangat kuno dan sepertinya tidak diupdate mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Jadi pengen stop nabung disini
