The community driven My Movies online service holds detailed data for more than 1,500,000 disc based titles worldwide, across more than 125,000 movies and 100,000 TV Series, allowing you to track both your disc based collection and your collection of digital copies across any online service.

The application lets you evaluate using your full collection by creating a subscription trial, after which you can either keep the subscription, or you can cancel it and revert to being limited to 50 titles. As an alternative to the subscription option, you can choose to purchase the separate Pro version as a one-time purchase for that particular major version.

Great app but in needs Contact list access?
Sorry, but I do not agree with your response. As I said, in my initial post, you can, as the developer , create a blank field where the user can enter the name of somebody a title is lent to. There is no need to access a contact list. I don’t understand why My Movies need to access my Contact list with all full and complete contact information (name, address, phone numbers and email addresses) if I want to change a movie status to Lent. I would rather be able to add a note showing who the movie was lent to. This is very disappointing.
Organization
I've used the various iterations of this app for many years. With thousands of DVD, Blu-ray, 4K and 3D disc's to keeo track of, nothing works as well -nor is as easy to use as the current version. Couldn't get along without it. Highly recommended.

Have had every version but…
Still waiting to have the ability to enter movies that don’t have bar codes into my private collection
Annoying recent updates
Not sure what they did... I have this app installed in my iPhone and iPad. I haven't made any changes to the database but I'm constantly asked to synchronize these devices: "Changes have been made to your collection, would you like to synchronize now?" Once done from one device, the other device will ask the same thing. Tiresome.
Own over 6,000 titles.
This has helped me organize and sort through over 6,000 discs and digital titles I own. Yeah, I own more media than I’ll be able to watch before I die. I relate my life to movies and TV shows I’ve seen. For example I’m like Forrest Gump in that I was in the Army and had a Jenny. I’m like Water Boy in that my lesbian Sister’s friend Alicia, who had been in prison 7 years showed me her chichis, tata, hoo hoo, and buzzingas. I shouldn’t have but I liked it. She probably had herpes so it’s good I didn’t partake. Just looked against my will. My wife is from Africa and that makes her my LaFawnduh like from Napoleon Dynamite just to name a few…
Best way to keep track of your movies!
Great way to keep track of your DVDs & Blu-Rays! I have hundreds and can’t always remember if I have a certain movie so if I’m shopping and see something I want to have but can’t remember if I have it or not. With My Movies I can just take out my phone, open the app and check if I have it or not. Janine R
Best Movie Collection App on the market
Love this app been using it for years. This also has the best Apple TV interface as well, just wish they gave a bit more love to the Apple TV app. But the mobile & iPad versions are flawless.
