Měl jsem naději, že se posouváme do 21. století, ale ne.. Nechápu, proč nelze mít plastovou i virtuální kartu.

How to deactivate virtual card and used the plastic card instead? Why it is not possible to have them both?

Možnost výběru mezi plastovou či virtuální kartou - výhoda virtuální karty je, že není třeba doklad totožnosti u provozovny a zároveň se nemusí vyrábět a distribuovat plastové karty, kdy často může vznikat problém s dopravou skrze dopravce. QRko funguje u všech aktivních partnerských zařízení i v offline módu, v případě problémů je níže pod QR číslo karty, které si provozovna poznačí (např problém s čtečkou/signál, brigádníci neseznámení s funkcí..)

For sport, you don’t need your phone. Add a possibility to leave your things at home (phone, id) and still be able to enter a gym.

I uploaded my card and everything. All the details. It worked well till now. It’s telling me, there’s a problem with the connection even though the internet works fine. Now, I can’t even go to a gym as a the physical card is deactivated.

Why do I need to deactivate my physical plastic card?! I prefer the physical one. It should be a complement to the card, e.g. you forget it or lose it then you still have a backup in your phone. The list of locations is outdated. What exactly are the benefits of this app?

Why is a photo + phone number needed for identification for a temporary card, when people have IDs and other ways to identify themselves without someone capturing/keeping their data? I don’t see the legitimate purpose here, especially since all class sign-ups happen directly with the suppliers. What do you need my details for?

Can't replace my old and inactive card with a new active card.
