I am so pleased with this app; since I’ve installed it, it’s been so much easier to access my medical info. It’s easy to upload info needed and simple to use.

The help has been very helpful with tracking appointments, communication with medical staff, completing paperwork to name a few. Very happy with this app.

Great access to my information

The app is intuitive and easy to use. The GUI is great!

This app is fantastic. When all health care providers get integrated using it, it will make for better communication and health care by all by allowing exchange of data.

At first I did not think that I would like this. But I have found that it is very easy to use. I really like that if I have any questions they are answered right away. As an example I had forgot to talk to my NP about my problems that are now worse with my bladder. I asked the questions to her on my chart and she was able to help me right away. I also received my lab results promptly and was able to work with her to get the things I need a lot quicker.

I’m very happy with the online service, it’s very easy to read all kind of information regarding my health.

I had a bill go to internal collections and it has been paid for three months however my chart still tells me I have an account in collections. I have confirmed that there are no further accounts in collections and was then told this big red notification will always appear on my screen because of a past paid bill. So now I will learn to ignore it as opposed to giving myself heart palpitations every time I open the app. But if it have happens again that I miss a bill I won’t be able to know it went to collections because I won’t get a new notification.

The app appointment schedule program does not allow scheduling for the physical therapists for Fall Hill OA, Only doctors or PAs. I’ve left messages at the office to schedule an on going PT, but no response. I’ll try a msg thru the MWH app.

The best app on my phone!! Excellent tool for managing my care!! for keeping track of appointments, seeing lab results, and communicating with my doctor and staff!! Incredibly useful!!
