My Package Reviews

Kjapt og enkelt!

Marianne heimdal on

Best tracking app ever!!

I’ve been using this app for the past year, and honestly it’s the best one out of all of them I’ve ever tried. I’ve used tons of other apps, but this one seems to be the most accurate with the updates, they are quickest with the notifications!! The layout is simple, easy to use, and I like that that we are able to track with a live map. This is my main go-to app for all my packages. You have 30 free notifications a month, which is wayyy more than enough in my opinion. I never have to buy any extra. Great app overall

Erratic behavior

Lately the app is not working as it was before. It is not giving updates sometimes. I put a pkg. tracking a couple of weeks ago and never received and update.

PLEASE GIVE ME THE VERSION OF ABOUT A YEAR AGO

I have had this app for at least 7 years and used it often and loved it. Then I retired “again” so I hadn’t used it for almost a year, then I shipped something to another state. I put in the tracking number, the package ID, the address I was shipping to, then saved it. The next day I checked the progress and noticed the dotted line showing it coming back to my address. Well I got to going through the app and found other things wrong, or anyway things I didn’t like. Just go back about a year or so, and you’ll have a Great app again.

Coming from leading app “deliveries” this isn’t bad!!

So for the last few years I’ve extensively used an alternative app called Deliveries. That app has served me well however with the recent change with the FedEx, FedEx no longer works with that app. So I went looking for alternatives. I downloaded about 13 different package tracking apps and tested them and settled on this one. First off, what an outstanding job on the compact layout view. You have all of the info there on a brilliant layout. Great job on this! It’s the best I’ve seen. Smart design!! Props on this. You have the mini map view, summary info, ship date, expected delivery date, shipping carrier icon, last refresh time, etc. A quick tap brings you to detailed view and the expanded map is nicely done as is the list view. I noticed on a UPS item I was tracking that the tracking info was even more detailed than I can pull up in my other delivery app and also on the UPS website. I am not sure where they are pulling the data from but it is excellent and I appreciate the added tracking details! I think with some additional features added this app could become a leading if not THE leading package delivery app. So here is my thoughts: 1. Ditch the two app model and go with a single app. Just offer annual subscriptions thru the one app that gives you pro features. 2. Add clipboard detection when app opens. What I mean is, if you have a tracking number already copied to clipboard, have the app recognize this and auto open the add tracking info with with number pasted in like some alternative apps can already do. 3. Add a Mac version of this app. Many of us stay in the apple ecosystem and use macs. Having a native app that syncs just like the deliveries app does is a really really nice feature. I feel this is a big deal and would love to see it. 4. An Apple Watch version also would be nice but I’d focus on Mac version first. 5. An archive and delete function would be cool like deliveries has. 6. A view online link would be nice that auto jumps you to carriers site with tracking info already entered like deliveries does. 7. Add functionality so swiping down refreshes the feed so you don’t have to click the refresh wheel icon. 8. Charge more. Myself and many others you will find, will gladly pay more, for some enhanced features like I mentioned. If you get this far with additional features you are going to have a really solid suite of apps. For now I’d say those are the items to focus on. Lastly

Avoid this app. It’s gone downhill after update.

This app was great. Now it’s horrible. There are better apps out there now. Avoid this one

Developer does not listen

badzny5 on

I order stuff and sell stuff. I would like to be able to categorize them In - or Out - but developer have not responded to my request. So I have to put In Or Out in every item. That would just be a checkbox, one more field to add. Need to look for alternative.

It was great before update

iamsix3 on

United States

I have used this app for years and I hope they revert the app back to the app it was before the update. It was simple and easy to use. Now it looks busy and all crammed together, especially compact view. Delivery dates no longer populate as before nor does it update tracking progress quickly. Also they dropped a feature I loved which was you being able to organize the order of your deliveries the way you wanted. I like to organize by delivery date. Guess I’ll have to find a new package tracking app. So disappointing

Needs more Carriers

LocBox on

United States

Add more mail Carriers, the current selection is weak. Should be atleast 40-50 Carriers like every other tracking app on the Store. I’ll buy this app if more are added, I like the interface and how it shows the maps in card form ala Reddit style. Add more carriers is all.
