This app makes it easy to track your pain & symptoms and report to your doctors. Use our pain diary to keep track of your pain over time and share it with your doctor at your next appointment. Track a variety of pain elements, including location, pain duration, triggers and more.
A pain diary is used to monitor levels of pain over a long period of time and collect data on possible triggers for that pain. One solution pain doctors recommend is keeping a pain diary, a consistent record of your pain experience.
Your doctor will be looking for triggers, stresses, and patterns. The more detailed you can be about the factors that seem to influence your pain, the better. An accurate record of your pain will help your doctor give you the best treatment.

Pain Log FAQ
Is Pain Log free?
Yes, Pain Log is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Pain Log legit?
🤔 The Pain Log app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Works as expected for the most part. The only problem is the date that you enter is not the date that shows up in the log. It’s a day off for me so tracking my pain and being able to give something to my doctor or my attorney this app is making it very hard, even after paying to be able to export all data, I’m still having trouble
Simple but lots of serious problems!
I liked this app at first. It was simple, and I could add symptoms or triggers to customize for my own pain.
But when I opened it in preparation for today’s doctor appointment I found two issues:
1. Three of my entries had been deleted! I was able to reconstruct one of them but have no idea on the other two. So I no longer have an a curate picture to describe to my doctor.
2. The date is off by a day. In the entry itself, it says 8/31/22 but when I look at the over all log it says 8/30/22. All the dates were accurate when I looked at it last but today they have all shifted one day. Deleting and re-entering does not help, nor does restarting.
This is not a reliable app and I will be looking for something new.
Tabulates average incorrectly
The app is great except for tabulating the average duration of pain incorrectly.
Almost Perfect
Simple and easy to use. However, several issues make this app unusable. First, the date is recorded incorrectly by 1 day. Second, the calculations are incorrect. And finally, the inability to add/customize symptoms makes recording an episode incomplete. If you could fix these issues, you’d have a very useful app. I was also surprised that there was no way to reach out to the developer. Usually, this would be my first course of action, rather than leaving an unfavorable review. After perusing the reviews and noticing that many of these issues have already been raised and ignored, it appears that this is just another abandoned app. It’s a shame because the framework was good. I would be more than happy to pay a one-time , monthly, or yearly fee for a solid, functioning, simple, and easy to use medical tracker.
This is a piece of crap.
The date entry in the record does not match up with the log presentation. If you try to edit it, the app ignores your entry and keeps the wrong one. It’s a total waste of time and effort.
Can’t get dates to set correctly
Like the format of your app. However, I can’t get the dates to match correctly. It will say the correct date on the screen when entering data but use random dates when saving and displaying.
If you can’t help me fix this I will have to delete app and move on
Not the Same
I have been using this app for my back, for about 3 years now and they must have changed something because it does not even allow me to type anymore. This app has never ever been good, but it just barely worked well enough. Honestly, I hate this app, but with recent updates they have just made it impossible to do anything... seriously, you can’t even write anymore. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Worst pain log app out there!
Has Potential, Lacks Support
I tried 4-5 Pain Apps and this one fit the best for my needs: tracking pain so I can communicate more accurately to my health care provider. Only issue lies with tracking the time interval of each pain episode: the data shows as entered correct, but the tabulation is incorrect. (Example: 4 episodes at 4 hrs each shows as 2356 hours vs 16 hours total). Also, would be helpful to have option of logging per 30 minutes vs whole hour. (Likewise, another reviewer requested days). Also, support page is non-existent. Would prefer to reach out to dev first rather than posting a negative review. Would’ve given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if time total was correct.
Love it but would like an update for bugs
Its so easy and perfect for me. My only issue is the Average Duration on the dashboard always gets way too specific. For example mine right now says “6.397379731276138e+32”. So a patch would be appreciated but its nothing i cant live with
When you add a new pain record, it automatically increments pain days
I have multiple pain incidents in the same day. App doesn’t allow me to record this. No way to change the dashboard,
