My Pain Pal will help you learn about and keep track of your pain medications, and the medications you may need to manage side effects like constipation. My Pain Pal will prompt you to take a short survey each day about your symptoms, which will help your care team know how you are doing. My Pain Pall will give you personalized tips about strategies to manage your pain - including medications, pain coping skills, and relaxation strategies. We hope that using this app will help you gain more insight into managing your pain, and help your care team support you in your journey.
