Good game but a rip-off
£8.99 ‘ad free’ is not ad free! My daughter was really enjoying this game, but I noticed the crazy amount of adverts in it to play it so I thought I would purchase the ‘ad free’ in game purchase for £8.99. This in itself was expensive to me, but after purchasing it, 90% of stuff in game is still locked behind adverts!! So do not waste your money on that.
They also want another £11.99 to unlock other in game options. This game is not worth £20 for a mobile game, no mobile game is worth that… especially when you still have to watch a load of ads to do most of the things you want to do in the game. I wish I could get my money back, which is a shame as it’s quite an enjoyable game
Crashing
It’s a good game just a shame it keeps crashing on the advert solitaire cash so you loose any money you have in room.
Latest update has killed older levels
Before the latest update you could revisit the older levels, even those you had fully completed, to ‘get points’ to help you in the events. This has now disappeared and I’m sad! Now there is no point in revisiting any hotels that you’ve completed :(
So many adds!!
I really like actually playing this game but it seems you can’t play for longer than 30 seconds to a minute without getting an ad. I am aware this is how the game makes money, but it makes me want to stop playing it because it’s boring sitting through a million ads, it also shows that making tons of money by bombarding us with ads is more important than people playing the game, which is really sad because the game has a lot of potential.
Sorry to leave a bad review, but I think it is a really big shame that you’ve ruined a really good game with greed for money.

…However the gambling adds and other various violent game adverts continuously spoil the play… having to pay £9.99 for no adds is also over priced especially in the current financial climate and election looming…

Everything in the game is fun but it does actually have adds and you need have WiFi to play. It is a good game but not completely free
Too many ads
This would be a fun, enjoyable game but it’s ruined due to the ridiculous amount of adds. The developer’s standard response is that adds support keeping it free for all but there are plenty of other games out there that don’t force you to watch so many. One can only assume the developer is aiming for a higher than average profit margin rather than focussing on building a game people actually want to play. There’s a reason why a game like Hay Day is so much more successful….
