I had this app and now all of a sudden it’s not working. Deleted me reinstalled and still not working

Will not open
I have an iPad Pro 11 inch and the app refuses to open. It flashes a white screen and then closes.
DO NOT PURCHASE⚠️
Save your money by not purchasing this. This is my experience, I purchase this because its very easy and onetime purchase. After I download it crases on me. Everything that needs to do I did, restart, redownload etc. I finally came to my senses to email them via their website. NO RESPOND! Message them in their FB NO RESPOND! If there is 0 star I would.
Waste of money
I checked to make sure my iPad was the right one for this app before I bought it and the app won’t even open
App won’t open
I only used this app once and now it won’t open. Tried deleting and redownloading but it still crashes immediately after opening.
Seconding it not working with Canon Selphy
It sees the printer, but won’t actually connect in the finalization step. It looks like others have reached out to the developer about it with no response. Not going to bother trying, just requested a refund…
doesn’t work at all
I have the iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (4th generation) iPadOS 16.3 and it won’t even open. It just crashes every single time. Compatibility said it works on this ipad. Why is this happening? I click it and it just goes right back to my home screen. I have restarted the iPad, checked for updates, and have given it days between trying (thinking it was jut a bug that would be resolved).
App crashes immediately
I wanted to try the app, but it crashes immediately. I was a little worried when I saw the app hadn’t been updated in 2 years, and I see it is a problem.
Love it but?
Originally I gave this four stars but realized I missed how to go back to set up. Found out how but now my welcome screen is not showing. Hopefully will find it soon
App Closes After Update
After my iPad update the app immediately crashes. I have tried restarting and reinstalling.
