Has so many amazing features I use daily when flying and just keeps it all simple and efficient
Does everything I need
This has allowed me to backup my paper logbook with ease, Iv moved onto doing my instrument rating now and it allows me to easily log the IFR hours and PUT hours
Great Logbook
Amazing Logbook which is highly flexible and very simple to use and it’s great that you can use it on laptop and on the app. Great support also. They seem to be improving things on a regular basis. Highly Recommended
Cheap but really not that good.
It has most of the general features you would expect. However, since pilots spend most of their days in a cockpit, usually without internet access, it’s a shame the app only works when online which means it’s not truly multi-platform. It’s clunky to use and feels very 1990’s. It also seems I have to login more often than I would like to when I go to use the app which is quite inconvenient and not like other logbooks. The price is cheap but I think that reflects the general quality. I’d rather stretch for a more expensive and better designed app. Based on the ‘optimistic’ reviews I was quite disappointed.
Great Flexible App with Excellent Support
This app is perfect for me. As an Instructor I wanted to be able to customise my logbook to include instructor hours as well as differences flying such as tail wheel time etc. I have been able to do all these things. It took me a long time to decide to go for an electronic logbook and My Pilot Log has proved to me that it was a good decision. Very pleased with both the App and the web based site!
Really Good Logbook
I’ve been using this as a mirror to my paper logbook, I particularly like being about to add blank lines etc, to make both identical for totals checking. Great to have access via the app or web based. Highly recommended.
